I’m Taylor, the heart behind Happily Ever Hitched!  I’m a certified wedding & event planner, a nearlywed, and an advocate for all. My journey to becoming a wedding planner has been quite the adventure. I started my career as a veterinary technician in emergency and critical care, where I dedicated my time to helping animals in their most vulnerable moments. While I loved the work, I felt a pull to explore new horizons and do some soul searching.

During this time, I fell in love with LOVE!  Planning my own wedding was an incredibly fulfilling experience. I found immense joy in every detail, from selecting the perfect flowers to crafting a memorable ceremony. This newfound love for wedding planning didn’t stop with my own special day; I had the pleasure of helping friends with their weddings, and it was then that I realized I had found my true calling.

The transition from veterinary care to wedding planning might seem like a leap, but the core of my work remains the same—dedication, attention to detail, and a desire to make a difference. In my previous role, I cared for my furry patients with all my heart, ensuring they received the best possible care. Now, I bring that same level of commitment and passion to planning beautiful and memorable weddings.

What makes my approach unique is the blend of compassion and creativity I bring to each event. My background taught me the importance of empathy and attentiveness, skills that are invaluable in understanding and bringing to life the vision of each couple I work with. Every love story is unique, and I can’t wait to help you create the wedding of your dreams.
